My father was a school teacher and my mother was an administrator. I have an elder brother and he is an electrical engineer.

I am Jeena Jayamon, civil engineer working in Los Angeles. I studied engineering during my undergrad and decided to further studies in building designs through masters degree. My daily job duties includes designing new buildings, repairing and renovating older buildings. I design buildings in a way that it is safe during earthquakes, hurricanes, rain and snow.
