Eileen Rabadam

I am currently an Engineering Program Manager at Intel Corporation, working on technology development for semiconductor packages. I am in charge of a team that develops new package technologies and ramps them into high volume manufacturing for computer chips. As an engineer, I enjoy applying my analytical skills in solving technical problems that impact the manufacturability of our products. As a Technical Program Manager, I love bringing people together from different engineering disciplines to solve challenging technology problems. I highly encourage young girls, who are highly interested in science and math, to pursue careers in technology and engineering.
