The continuous learning. The excitement of making a difference in people's lives!

Being the first female engineering director at John Deere. 

Doubt. People disrespecting my knowledge because they didn't know me and I was the first female they'd worked with. Breaking barriers isn't for the weak! :)

I have been married for over 30 years, have one daughter, one son and a granddaughter!! They live near me and we love to spend time together!!

I want to write a book within a year. In 10 years, I want to build a legacy of helping others and giving freely. 

My children inspired me to make a big difference in my career!

Do it! It's interesting, it's challenging and the opportunities are almost endless!

I love to lift, cook, read and spend time at the lake boating and waterskiing!
